Yoghurt and Berry Bark
A beautiful Spring recipe for you
A light refreshing treat that looks beautiful and is delicious as an afternoon snack.
You will need
1 cup of Greek Yoghurt
1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
Handful of fresh berries (blueberries, Raspberries, strawberries)
A sprinkle of chopped nuts
How to make it
Mix the yoghurt and Honey/Maple syrup together until smooth
Spread evenly onto a parchment lined baking sheet
Scatter the berries and Nuts over the top
Freeze for 2-3 hours, then break into pieces
Store in the freezer and pull out when you need an easy peasy healthy sweet treat
