Who else is feeling the Autumn Vibes?
The leaves are turning and the nights are drawing in and I am anxiously awaiting lighting the fire for the first time. We are going on daily Blackberry picking adventures and filling the freezer with tubs of gorgeous fruit, ready for jam and jelly making.
I don't have a special recipe but use equal sugar to fruit and a big glug of Cassis for luck. This year I am going to make Apple and Blackberry jelly too as we have a big glut of apples from our tree. Any family recipes are most gratefully received.
